Kitchen is my favorite place to stay and rest in the same time, since I like to bake and cook. Everytime when I bake or cook, I feel excited to try new recipes, trial and error, something likes that.

This is Thai traditional cookie, it looks like one kind of flower called "Lum Duan". Thai people in the past , they liked to make neat and beautiful desserts. One more special step is to smoke or exposethem with good fragant from candle vapour(เทียนหอม)
It is sweet ,good smell and very good with coffee or tea.

Cream-soda chiffon cake เค้กชิฟฟ่อนครีมโซดา
This is chiffon cake with cream soda syrup from Thailand. I made this cake for one of my friend,I was not sure if she will like green colour and flavour from pandan leaves, so I decided to use cream soda syrup to make the green cake. It was my experiment, but it turned out very good. Cake was quite a bit sweet ,so I made cream icing less sweet than I usually made.

Butter bread ขนมปังเนยสด
Hmm, I have to say that I am so glad that I can make "bread" here in my new location, Canada.
Since I used to make bread in my home country, Thailand, there are some different factors ie weather and ingredients. In Thailand, I have to grow yeast with cooling water, but here I have to grow them with warm water. I tried and tried again, finally I found techniques! Eureka!
I can make it!!!
