Kitchen is my favorite place to stay and rest in the same time, since I like to bake and cook. Everytime when I bake or cook, I feel excited to try new recipes, trial and error, something likes that.

I made this cake as sponge cake , recipe is from United magazine from Thailand. Pandan leaves are main ingredient which give unique flavor and green color in cake and cream icing.
