Pineapple cookie, it is cookie with pineapple filling which is made from fresh pineapple and sugar. The cookie dough is made of all purpose flour, butter,shortening, icing , egg and a bit of vanilla.

I made this cake as sponge cake , recipe is from United magazine from Thailand.
Pandan leaves are main ingredient which give unique flavor and green color in cake and cream icing.

Mocha chiffon cake เค้กโมค่าชิฟฟ่อน

Here you are;
Yummy mocha cream icing
Coffee 2 tablespoons
Cocoa 1 tablespoons
Sugar 240 g
Salt 1/2 teaspoon
Evaporated milk 1 cup
Butter 300 g
Shortening 60 g
# Mix coffee,cocoa, sugar, salt and evaporated milk in a pot
# Stir with medium heat until dissolve
# Cool down this syrup in the fridge
# Beat butter and shortening and gradually add syrup
