Green custard is made with coconut milk, pandan leave juice and a little bit of green food color. Cake itself is chiffon, very fluffy.

Mixed nut cookies คุกกี้ธัญพืช

This kind of cookies contains black and white sesame seeds, cashew nuts, almonds, sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds. They are quite healthy especially sesame seeds which are rich in iron, magnesium,manganese,copper and calcium, contain "sesamin" with anti oxidant and anti cancer properties. This kind of cookies is very crispy, you cannot stop to eat them!

These are eclairs with regular cream filling. Dough are made with cake flour, water, egg and butter. Cream filling are made with egg yolk, evaporated milk, sugar, butter and corn flour.

Another trial for eclair or choux pastry, this time I tried to use pandan leave juice instead of water for cream filling. Actually fresh pandan leaves are not available in Guelph, so I used the frozen and canned juice together, it still smells and tastes good.

Hmm, I have to say that I am so glad that I can make "bread" here in my new location, Canada.

Since I used to make bread in my home country, Thailand, there are some different factors ie weather and ingredients. In Thailand, I have to grow yeast with cooling water, but here I have to grow them with warm water. I tried and tried again, finally I found techniques! Eureka!

I can make it!!!
